Engagement

All projects begin with a written scope and estimate. Work starts once both parties approve the proposal.

Payment schedules are agreed per project. Invoices are due within the stated terms.

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created for their project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Post-launch support is available under our maintenance plans.
